Note what isn’t clear currently is how to locate and access other WordPress blogs by a posting author. This could be remedied by several options including:

• Post signatures that were pasted in at the bottom of each post (drawback: manual and repetitive process)
• A posting author’s blogroll
• References to blogs and/or blog posts when appropriate

Thoughts on use of Prologue as an eLearning Blog Portal

Oooh excellent, they’re now taking the first few words of the sentence and using them as the post title instead of assigning the post a nondescript unique numeric identifier. Nice job gang

I’m amazed at how many Tweets are coming through from people saying Prologue is a WP Twitter app. Noooo, it’s not!

It’s also looking like the default display is a single post per page, whereas the example on WordPress’ blog had quite a few. Need to look into this

It’s looking like post titles cannot be added immediately, but by editing the post in the traditional WordPress WYSIWYG tool. Before titles are added the post is assigned a unique numerical identifier. I’d like to see a title field added to this quick post box because it requires an unnecessary step to finalise the post otherwise.

I’ve just created the “eLearning Prologue” to demonstrate WordPress’ new theme. It is my hope that this blog will expand into a lively and interactive discussion with other members of the eLearning field in higher education.
