In this case, when a new post has been made it is automatically assigned a unique numerical identifier. I'd like to see this changed though, such as enabling the adding of titles from the quick post view. Otherwise you have to go to the standard WYSIWYG editor just for the title, which is an unnecessary step; and if you leave it as is, with just the number, when it appears in the Recent Posts area there's nothing descriptive to imply what the post is about.
